Refund Policy

At Glazey, we want every visit to be a fun and creative experience. Because pottery painting is a hands-on and custom activity, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Studio Sessions & Bookings

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or to reschedule your session.

  • Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking or for missed sessions.

2. Classes, Workshops & Events

  • Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 7 days before the event.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable, but we may be able to transfer your spot to another session (subject to availability).

3. Finished Pottery Pieces

  • Since each piece is hand-painted and fired specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once your pottery has been created.

  • Please note that slight imperfections, variations in glaze, or kiln results are a natural part of the pottery process and not considered defects.

4. Damaged or Lost Items

  • We take great care of your pieces during the glazing and firing process. In the rare event that a piece is damaged or broken while in our care, we will offer you either:

    • A replacement session at no extra cost, or

    • A full refund for that item.

5. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, but they can be transferred to another person.
